4:00pm – Community Discussion:  Honoring the Legacy of Frances Nelson at the Champaign Public Library.  The Frances Nelson Legacy Project Committee will be discussing ideas and suggestions for a respectful way to honor Frances Nelson as the clinic has been renamed Promise Healthcare, a newly formed not-for-profit organization created to locally manage our community’s health center for the medically underserved.*
